right...small light mod made - led rear number plate bulbs put in and look much cleaner and brighter

also dove in the deep end and bought some FK Konigsports off an ex SCN member to be fitted in the new year. The dampening is already set to what seems to be what i was looking for, so basically just need to set the height when they go on.

number plate lights before:

cheers dan

i used a film called fly-eyez which is perforated so lets out all the necessary light and colours as they should be. i highly recommend it as it's complies fully with mot regs and still gives you a tinted look, can't go wrong :funk:

also doesn't come off with a jet washer for extra peace of mind, easy to apply in minutes and pretty cheap :)

nice car mate stealthy as you like haha

cheers neldogg :) can't go wrong with the Zenith grey either...kind of matches everything and anything (especially the FR mirror covers ;))

gonna be dropping mine on coilies soon after my MOT as well and softening the setting on the whiteline rarb. should give me hardly no roll or swaying about

small project update lads and ladettes:

1. get my coilies on by end of Feb/Mar
2. milltek cat-back (depending on funds)
3. matte anthracite vehicle wrap  towards end of April

doing a drive to Isle of Man hopefully with some mates early summer, so would like to have these done before that. These are going to be the final pieces of the puzzle as it should be looking neat ;)

if all goes well there may be an alloy refurb end of the summer...

thanks for looking

nice car mate, really like what youve done with it :D

i just picked my missus up a 5 door FR last week and it looks like ive entered her into some sort of 5 door exclusive club haha

there definately aren't many of us around...can't rmember if someone had started a thread for our type in the RR section already

lol...cheers for the comment

i was thinking of a full body wrap in anthracite matte...funds are very tight so doubt it will happen any time soon if ever now as the priorities stand with fitting my coilies and getting my cat-back milltek :D

recently i found out that the boost pipe elbow leading to the smic has worn and leaks boost...SEAT are asking for £80-odd for a replacement pipe and with labour this will take the costs up to £118+vat.

so now looking at whether i'm just gonna replace it with a silicon alternative or go all out and replace all boost pipes with silicon

can anyone help me out on this with brands or costs? have done a bit of googling but not really much out there...

FK coilies going on this week membrinos

i'll get some pics up when set up

(also looking into sorting out the boost leak issues...)

right, hello again membrinos!

I am soon arriving at the end of my modding life for my Ibiza FR TDi...possibly after these i may be tempted to get a Milltek cat-back, but i kinda want to keep the twin jets at the rear rather than going oval.

just a quick update...had a problem with one of the front coilovers as was knocking on every bump, so got JOM fronts to replace the FK's. so hopefully all will go well with the new setup, the whip's looking ace though, just the right height for me personally

also to add that i'll be MATTE WRAPPING the whip the first week of June so keep posted for picckies :)

see you soon...
