Cheers Very impressed with how bright they are, can't believe the difference between my old lights and these.

A lot of people on here say that the 6000k is too blue but mine seem completely white, hardly even a tint of blue! Although my headlights are very dirty, so I suppose I should clean them first before properly evaluating my new HID's!!!

Finally had email saying my SCN stickers have been dispatched I think one will be going just below brake light, and the other on the front above the rear view mirror

8000k? brave! lol. Seen some videos on ebay of cars with 8000k, can look very blue! although I think it depends on conditions as mine looked slightly bluey/green when it was sleeting before

I thought about getting some HIDs for the fogs, but couldn't really see any space where the ballast could be put securely! Plus I hardly use them unless it's foggy, or for photos (which is why I'm kinda considering them!)

And things are good mate. Currently getting quite a few mods done before my student grant runs out

Was going to be getting cruise control installed this weekend, but they were booked up will have a look into it again when I'm next home in a few weeks!

Also, very very seriously considering a remap, but I only have around £200 set aside for that, looking at cheap places, but don't want to get something cheap that'll ruin my car, so either waiting for a group buy/special offer or may just take the plunge with someone cheap!

8000k actually looks quite good in your photos, not that much different to my 6000k

Yeah going with Awsome for the cruise control, just over 100 quid fully fitted (via ebay for cheap price not their website ) which is pretty good. Don't fancy messing about with steering wheel with airbag etc. plus I don't have vag com to activate it!

SCN Stickers Fitted

Finally my SCN stickers arrived

I went for the silver ones and fitted one just above rear view mirror, and one just below 3rd brake light. Slightly dissapointed with rear one, as difficult to see because of shadow from spoiler. Front one looks brilliant though.

'Gordz' Custom Sticker

Due to it actually being a nice DRY SUNNY DAY (wow, not said that for a long long time!), I managed to get car clean and get my custom sticker attached.

I really like it would love to know what everyone else thinks though. Think it may be another one of my 'marmite mods'! Not 100% sure on where I put it, but I'm happy with it for now

It's my Dad's company car - bmw 5series estate. Only got it in July and already done about nearly 40k in it!!!.

That's why I've gone for the stickers, although I do like the smooth boot look, just looked a bit too bare.

That, and so far not seen anyone with a back end like mine I don't like going with the flow or being a sheep! Prefer to do my own different thing
