coilovers

I'm looking to have some coilovers fitted (as soon as i've decided which ones) and i was wondering whether there are any component i should be looking to change while I've got the suspension off? Possible some new top mounts? Thanks in advance Jim

hello right my rear coilovers damper bolt threaded. i have to hold the top of the coilover with a 7mm spanner then tighten up the lower bolt. Why is this? and because im trying to fit my rear strut brace it wont tighten up as when i just put a rachet and arm it just keeps turning...

Just had my car dropped on ap coilovers however the garage said they would only lower it to what they thought suitable, which= not low enough . Going to drop them to the bottom tomo and just wondering how easy the adjuster cups are to remove .

hey all, I have taken the plunge and bought a set of weitecs from dpm for my tdi 130 What shud i replace at the same time, and is it expensive? Like top mounts, for just the fronts? Do u have them at the back? Any info much appreciated as usual :)
