hi there everyone i have a the petrol fr and need some advise whats the best way to get to the exhaust manifold on the 20vt engine it seems my manifold has come loose.

I'm going to be fitting a INA manifold soon and would like to see the modified spanners people have made to fit them. Just need to see the shape of them more than anything so I can make one. So lets see some pics please :)

As the title. Cant remember off the top of my head if there are any of the mk4's running a INA mani. Would just realy want to know if you needed any specioal spanners or anything?

Hi all, I want to paint my Rocker cover and Inlet Manifold in a certain colour but I can't get it in high temp paint Would it work with normal spray paint then high temp laquar??? If not ill have to get a close match in high temp!! Mike

Baiscly does the inlet mani have a gasket? The reason i ask is that if the weather holds out in the morning im wanting to whip it off and get it polished up, I dont want to remove it and find theres a gasket and not have a new one to put on. Cheers.
