Does the whole unit need replacing or can you replace the individual bulbs. Its been raining all weekend so I havent take it off to have a look and cant find the answer anywhere.

It has indivdual bulbs in the third brake light, they are just side light bulbs.
If i remember you just pull the black cover off and undo to self tapping screws to remove the brake light.

it sounds pretty much like the Mk2 biza ones, Boo.. and they do split apart and have 'sidelight' type bulbs in them
