Back left door doesnt open from inside lcr

hi guys, only had my car 4 weeks, and when we got it, i checked all doors and they opened from outside. so i assumed they would be ok. when i got round to washing it a week later, i noticed none of the back doors opened from inside. so i thought maybe the previous owner may have had young children. so i checked the child lock on either side of the back doors. i put both back to the normal position. now the back right opens from inside, but the back left doesnt ????? any ideas whats wrong guys ?

Does the handle feel right? You could take the door card off to check the cable to the handle.
