they are reflective so i guess they're legal, and for the cupra r bumper i dont think it would suit the mods on the car in my opinion

I also bought this gear knob which looks pretty good, i think its from the phase 2 FR, its much more ergonomic then the standard gear knob which is a plus

Little update on the lean... bled the brakes with a mate on the weekend and royally f***** the brakes! We broke the master cyclinder by puttin too much pressure in the brake lines, which cased the brakes to stay partially clamped even while driving, this resulted in broken mastercyclinder, servo, warped disc's all round and broken pads!!!
The car is now in the capable hands of AmD and ive gone for a Brembo caliper upgrade while its being repaired from all the damage i caused.
One word of advice... leave it for the experts!

im pretty sure i spoke to you at the seat meet in april at the m23 services. car looked really good if it was you. think i remember you saying your girlfriend done the carbon fibre on your s badge and you helped me get to the restaurant after meet as i didnt know my way again if it was you car looked really good going along the road.
Thanks dude, im sure it was me as it was my girlfriend who did the S badge! once i get my car back from AmD ill post some piccies of the fresh new Brembos!
The new Brembos are awesome, made the car feel lighter on the front suspension, which has made it handle better, obviously brake alot better and i think they look the dogs danglies. well happy with the set up.

i only got the brakes because i F***** the bakes fluid change. I put too much pressure in the system and broke the master cyclinder, servo, which resulted in the calipers clamping on the brakes as i drove along, so the heat from that warped the disc's and broke the pads.
just shelled out a few hundred on some MK 4 golf recaro's was after some S3 seats but the weight of them is rediculous!! so went for golf recaro's, bought them in a right state, so im in the process of cleaning them at the moment and they are starting to look the part. when installed pictures will be posted.
So the Recaro's are in and they look ok, i'm not sure if they looks alot better than the standard ones to be honest because they look quite dated but the main thing is they will hold me better round the corners and on round abouts. Opinions welcome...
I've also just installed the Fabia wiper blade! this job has been on my list for along time. Finally decided to invest in the bad boi and it looks so much better than the scaffolding they give you standard.

the brakes are good, i don't notice any fade and i can leave braking really late when approaching round abouts etc, and have confidence the Brembo's are going to do the job.
The seats arent much different to the standard ones but they give jus that little bit extra support which ive been looking for. Plus the recaro badges are a nice touch.
Lately i haven't had the same excitement when accelerating, i would say im pretty addicted to torque and the feeling of being pushed to the back of the seat. As this car has been the torqueyist car ive owned so far i have loved the performance, but now it's time to level up. My addiction has become acustom to the current output and i need more 
so i got on the phone to amd and it looks like the way forward is a hybrid turbo conversion, mufflerectomy and some sfs hoses. Oh and of course a new clutch (sach maybe?) to handle the extra oomph.
i should be looking at some decent figures that my habit will be satisfied with. If anyone has gone down the same route that im looking into please leave feedback on what i should expect figure's wise just to wet the taste buds...

So, feb has arrived, almost time to get the hybrid turbo! Will be booking the car in, in a few weeks... if anyone out there has had this already done what can i look forward too?!
