i want turbo back when i save up a bit more lol or can find them cheap.

You could always try a de-cat pipe, this will make more noise and add a bit of power however you will need to get the light maped out and you will have to change it when MOT time comes.

I think it was your system I heard at the RSTuning RR day - think you might of just splashed out on a nice filter? If it was - it did sound nice!

pipewerx were selling the three inch downpipe and 200 cell cat similar to the blueflame version which does mate up to the standard and aftermarket systems.

hi all i brought a milltek cat back for my mk1 cupra r and now im wondering if i did right m mate brought the blueflame 1 last week and i think if fits better and poss sounds better did i make the right choice??? or am i better swoping? many thanks martin

I've had Blueflame turbo back for 2 years now and it's perfect!

Though you can go with a Jetex CAT back

Bluflame turbo back can't be faulted on an LCR.Had mine over 12 months with sports cat.MOT no problems.Sound superb when giving it some beans.Best looking tail pipe aswel

I have a full PipeWerx system and I thought I'd dispel a few myths .
It is the same grade stainless steel used in any Miltek / Piper System.
All bends are done on a mandrel and I have a full 3" system.
It has a three layer flexi tubing on the downpipe as opposed to Blueflames two.
On the downpipe the top turbo joining bend is done in a single piece as opposed to two halfs.
I have a 200 cell cat that is the same used in many systems including Blueflames.
The tailpipe design can be changed but I they do the same 6"x4" oval.
Ian Birch who runs it used to run/own Dubsport and he has an excellent reputation.
The system sounds great
They are not mentioned on here as much as there is not a lot of people running one but on Briskoda and MKIV's there is plenty of good reviews.
I've also had a couple of good comments from other custom exhaust builders when taking the car into garages for work, Demon Tweeks etc...

I was going to get a Jetex system but changed my mind and decided on PipeWerx.

A Pipewerx system would of been a little different to everyone else, but at least this way I've got more money to spend on another mod!

Yeah - they only do the twin jet tailpipe for the LC. I want to stick with the twin style though cause I think it suits the LC bumper cut out better.
