Little bit harder than I thaught to get the intercooler too fit had to trim abit more of the crashbar and quite a few bits from the chassis at the front, not important stuff though.. need to finish off the bracket to support it (letting the old man do that.. he is a bit of a dab hand with some old bits of steel and a welder :p)
heres the some of the bits that came off..

Looking good mate, looks right at home there :)

Bumper trimmage next thn

I may get hold of some brackets to move the rad back soon when i replace my front bumper.

Saves me having to trim so much off then

Have you got rad spacer brackets on the car?

If not then I can make you some.

That cooler looks great.

Cheers mate fills the bumper up well doesnt it, I havent got the aircon rad so it fits fine actually, just got to work out a decent way to support it as its quite heavy
Cheers for the offer though mate

Yeh I dont actually need hardly any trimmage to get the cooler in, just where the pipework comes out at the sides.

Im unsure whether or not to cut the bumper bar that goes across the cooler out or not.. I prefer the look with it as it is but will I gain any extra cooling by it being cut out?? I cant decide :(

Cant see there being a huge difference tbh, mainly to appearence i think.

Yer the sides of the bumper were a pig, i kept having to reposition pipes to sort that out as i would have had no bumper left lol.

Yeh that what I was thinking, once you have wind blasting through there its gunna get too all of the cooler isnt it.
I think its a bit more subtle and OEMish as it is, I really like it

Yeah I have the fun and games of all that today lol see how it goes!

Any pictures of the map sensor pipe side?
Look excellent :)

Cheers mate im really happy with it!
no I didnt take any actually, Ill sort some out tomorrow. Its just a very rough pipework setup to see if it all fits, I am going to have to re-route the top rad coolant pipe and I had to cut off a few more unused brackets (i think they were old SMIC brackets). Fits fine though now :)
