We've had numerous attempts to connect to Octopus and I always get as far as this. I spoke to someone at Octopus who could not help when it came to the location setting. My profile is set to location shared, is there anywhere else that I should be looking for location settings? I've connected to the Cupra app ok but have read that I need to subscribe, is this necessary? Any help would be appreciated. I'm beginning to get frustrated and wondering if the Go tariff would be less hassle
