Connector Block Cable dangling behind LCR Front Bumper Centre Grill

Anyone else have one of these dangling behind the centre grill of the front bumper.....

Is it used for diagnostics of the engine for mechanics....

If not where should it plug into lol...

Could be for the exterior temperature pick up or the alarm connection on the bonnet latch, are either playing up at the mo?

Power limitation bypass circuit. If you find its male connector and join them up, you could unleash another 80 bhp easily.

its for the optional chav extra's so you can add neons

what side of the car? exterior temp sensor is located behind the passenger side grill, aside from that and the foglight plugs there isnt anymore wiring in the front bumper
