Do new ARB's come with bushes and clamps?

hi, basically i bought some new bushes and clamps for a stock arb on an LCR as its been squeaking loads. Had the wheels off today and the arb's got all the paint comming off so i doubt the new bushes will help. If i go for an uprated arb will it come with new clamps and bushes as im wondering if i should take the stuff id bought back or keep it for the new one?

A new front ARB would come with new bushes as the bar will be thicker but the clamps are needed.

Cheers, i thought that may be the case. i think il take it all back anyway as it was a ridiculous £27 quid (bushes and clamps inc vat) and ive seen them for £2.50 each on vwspares v kinghams £9 which is still cheaper once they take off there 20% handling charge!
