The door card is only held in by screws under the handle you grab to close the door, might be possible to wiggle the door card of then?

Getting the door card off will be tricky. There's 2 torx screws at the very bottom of the door card and you need to pull the door card away from the door to unclip th clips that are around the edge of the door card. Then you need to pull it upwards to unhook it were the door card meets the window. Sorry i cant suggest anything to help, it sounds like maybe the deadlocks are on. Sounds like a hell of a problem you have there, keep us updated and let us know if you get it sorted.

Removing the back seat will definately give some more room to play about with. If your lucky the bottom screws might be missing, when i took my door card off to do my speakers all 4 doors had at least 1 screw missing. Good luck:)

If you go to info base at the home page theres a fitting guide and in there is a couple of ibiza door card guides. Just spent the last 5 mins typing about how to get the door card of a leon then after i finished i noticed you drive an ibiza. Feel like a right t*t now.
Also made a little mistake. Theres no screws on the bottom of the leon its just the front doors.

Feel an even bigger t*t now, just noticed you've sold the ibiza and now own a LEON.
Heres my original post-
I had a look at my door card and there is NO screws on the bottom. Theres 8 little silver screws that hold the handle onto the door card and theres two brass looking screws that hold the handle onto the door. If you do a search for door cards there are some guides somewhere. But taking it of is really simple, First carefully take the cover thats on the handle off using a flat screwdriver, i usually gently put the srew driver in at the left hand side of the handle and carefully and gently twist the screw driver. This will open it up a little and you can put the srewdriver in further its just 3 little clips in the middle that hold this on. Next undo all the screws, the handle will split in 2 so that the handle will come off and the bit with the lever on it stays and gets put through the door card. After that its just the clips around the sides and bottom, I think this will be the tricky bit but once you unclip them you should have enough clearance to pull it towards you then up away from the glass. Last thing is the little light on the door this just pops out, then you need to unclip the electric window plug. Mines doesnt have any door pins so dont know how they come off but on my old mk2 golf they just unscrewed. Sorry if i've rabbled on a bit but thought it would help.

Yeah as others have said, sounds like the door is deadlocked and isnt being unlocked by the central locking. Your only way in i would imagine is getting the door card off or away enough to get at the lock, a task of a job on most cars made approximately 100X worse by the fact that leons have that metal plate on the door as opposed to a foam membrane.

Best of luck dude.

Here are some people suffering the same problem, some say deadlock solenoid or central locking solenoid.

Somebody mentions giving the external door handle a bang. Check it out for your self, might be helpfull.
Just be carefull if your attempting to take that metal plate off. The window and window runners are connected to it. Also theres a seal around the inside of that plate so you might want to get some silicone seal cause they are prone to leaking. Just sealed mine a couple of weeks ago. Theres a guide somewhere on here that goes into detail about how to take the metal plate off. Think if you do a search for door seal or door window it might be in there

Ta R@B for the link, my rear door was playing up ie you had to pull the interior or exterior handle twice before the door would open.I just tried this

Works A1 now :D

On mine when doors are locked and your inside you have to pull the interior door handle twice to get the door open.
