putting a supercharger on the 1.4 yes will make it much quicker but brakes suspension will need uprating too!
will ned some research into what supercharger would work but thats the painfull bit of looking for uprated parts! search online ul be spending about 2500 approx for a kit then will need fitting
but it makes fun reading.
If the car is on finance therefore not yours don`t you think the finance company might be abit pissed if they find out what you are doing to their car as it would be totally unsaleable if you do this to it. If you can buy the car outright from the finance company your mad spending this sort of money on a car nobody is going to want to buy when your finished. If you cannot afford to buy the car outright from the finance company where the hell are you going to get the thousands of pounds to blow on all this stuff eg supercharger, brakes etc which would come to more then what your car is worth anyway. If you do decide to fit a supercharger, brakes, coil overs etc its probably going to be a good year before the car is up and working properly. If you do this sort of thing i hope you have looked at getting a few insurance quotes or you are at least in your late 20`s with full no claims otherwise the insurance companies will laugh at you down the phone. No matter what way you try and look at it this idea is best kept as a dream as in the real world it makes no sense at all and thats putting it politely.
