Hey looks really good...especially like the red.

Forgive my ignorance but what cooler is that? Piping route looks a lot safer than others... although you clearly have to change a few parts

bought the cooler from ebay, the piping left from the motor block are from a audi TT
standard audi tt has a silencer near the turbo, they removed it and welded a new piece to the turbo

this is the silencer and pipe from a audi tt

Biesheuvel doesn't have red hoses.
I bought them from I.Q parts.
The left pipe is from the turbo.
The other goes from the cooler to the manifold.(havent got those standard)

did you have to move the radiator back?

what are the dimensions of the intercooler? (height, width, length?)

So let me clarify -- is that an aftermarket "hot" pipe for a TT FMIC? (as I thought TT's had the same wing mounted set-up as the ibiza) with the silencer cut off and some extra pipe welded in to attach to the turbo?

And the cold side is totally custom?

no, its not aftermarket
just a normaal TT pipe with brackets and stuff, without a silencer and welded with some extra pipe
cold side is custom

they moved the AC to get more room for it and adjusted the crashbar

outside measurements 700x180x65mm of the FMIC
cooling side measurements 550x180x65mm of the FMIC
connection measurements are 57 mm of the FMIC

so the AC has not been removed? just moved backslightly?

also, do u have a list of all the silicone pipes that were used?

i am very keen on going this route... it looks really good!!
