had a few days off work and thought it was time to fit new intercooler

while i was tinkering put forge strut tops on,put newly powdercoated rocker cover, started to polish inlet manifold but will be taking off and putting on polishing machine and colour coded few little things

anyone going to vw festival next month?

its a bonnet bra its to protect yor car from stone chips,

which way have you got outlets? ive put my oulets at the top a bit of trimming of the metal framework needed if you look at sparkie1984 fitting guide shows you what metal to cut out. ive had the bumper off so many times i could do it eyes shut to check for height managed to get set as far back to rad and is right under crash bar just for that extra speed dump clearance with the pipe that runs at the back of intercooler

got them off tebay paid £41 delivered could of had black or polished ones

Looks good imo, but i am biased, lol. Could do with moving the intercooler over a touch.

not sure on that mate as i have not got round to fitting coilovers yet i would check some of the readers rides to see if they got on but would of thought that they fit
