Yes the wishbone needs to come off, if you want to diy it you could always take the wishbones off then take them to a garage or somewhere to press the bushes out and back in, personally if I didn't work in a garage I wouldn't mither with taking them off on the jack or ought, a garage won't charge mega bucks to take the wishbones off and replace the bushes so might be worth you getting a few quotes maybe
