Right... quick 30 mins lunch time project...

Take some scabby and flaky paint calipers and then wheel out my sand blaster ( I would do this at my workshop but my compressor isn't big enough.. So leave it at work poked round the corner..

It took less than 5 mins a caliper ... wearing a balaclava and ski goggles... sand every where but I now have good looking clean caliper

After work I am going to give them a quick spray with primer and then tomorrow some heat resistant paint .

Right I thought I would get on to this social media stuff with the car build. Please like and share. I will get on to the company's who have helped me so far and in the future. With that I am also going to try to get group buys and discounts etc
The page is being looked after by my boy. So all updates etc may be a day or so later.

Not a lot done this week really ... stupidly busy at work doing 14 hour days so no time in the evening . But got to the workshop today. My boy was still sanding and scotchbriting the rear door ready for paint. Put the car back on axle stands and took all the panels off again..
Then started to lighten the front panel. Cutting holes then sumping them for a bit of strength and style

Will take it to work and then sand blast it . Also got all the door hinges off so they now can be cleaned up and blasted too to get all the paint off . Gives me some thing to do at lunch times..

Bit of cutting and grinding

And it's in
20201114_182112.jpg

Drilled threw the dash and in to the bulkhead then fitted some nutserts to hold the dash. Will go on eBay and get some black washers and bolts so they don't stand out

Also painted the front panel.. I do need to slow down on painting and learn to do it properly

But it has a shine to it... hopefully it will still be there tomorrow and the temp don't drop to much tonight
