Im liking the black vinyl around the number plate. Was that a seat piece you bought or did the bodyshop just make it from vinyl for you?You can get them in a carbon fibre look but I'm not a fun of the "carbon fibre look" (apart from the factory decals). I think the black bonnet pins match the black centre caps and mirrors.
Its £24.05 because I bought a new one 2 weeks ago. Im sure I will have the part number somewhere. Im sure there is a thread in the mk2 section somewhere with a list of part numbers for different bits.

i have the same car and im wanting to make similar mods but no where near as mental as you have gone
i want the 4-1 manifold, new cams etc, port polish, larger Tb, etc i want mine running close to 200 bhp
i bought the car a month ago for 400 quid engine sound but work required
so far i added a cat 1 alarm, new springs and shocks, pipercross induction kit, DVD Player 2 x 15" Vibe Subs and a 670 pound M.O.T
The Car now stands me at about 1700 quid
im planning on the rolling road at the end of the month to see what i got to start with
how much money not including the induction kit and wheels full strip out respray etc did it cost to get your Beast to 190 bhp
im looking at spending around 2k and dont want a 20v T lump
(if you dont mind telling that is)

Get the manifold and exhuast system, decat, etc.... sorted 1st. Then depending where you go and what brands you be using. My head is from "the man in the shed" as he's known and I had schrick cams fitted, you could use kent, piper, newman, etc... instead but I've heard good things about schrick so wanted to go with them but they not cheap. You basically going to spend the whole of your budget!
I'm thinking of throttle bodies now and in two minds on going through with it or not.

Custom exhaust company now, Magnex have gone bust and there isn't really much out there for it now... same with the decat.

Fair play to you Dave the little green mean fitting machine has awesome presence.
The interior is so sweet.
Even tho mines as clean as its going to get you've got too much detail to even compete with

Thanks Claire, its nice to win it as well because I had the oldest Seat in the Class so was nice to have it compare to a brand new K1 and a few Mk4 Ibiza's
