Haven't a clue the car is 1017kgs at the moment but like I said having the polycarb windows which are 50% lighter and about 150% stonger, also as I've sliders on the front side windows I want my window reg removed from both doors so that should loose some more kgs.

I would love it get it below 1000kgs but we will have to see, it'll be cornered weighted again once these mods are done so we will see :)

I found powder coating losses it's whitness after a while but with painting they don't. They weren't done right I've been tolod by my bodyshop and he also commented on how thin the paint was.

oh ok mate, that is mental, 200+bhp, and 990kg-ish! will go like stink!

yeah my mate's wheels kept flaking, and he got them powdercoated, and been perfect for 3years now, i will ask him about it's "whitness" whatever that is lol  lmao

The white wheels seem to go creamy after. My passat rims are powdercoated and they have done it.... so much hard to keep bright white and they will turn creamy after..... like yellow fingers from smoking lmao

Depends on the quality of the powder or the people putting it on, have had stuff fade or discolour over time, which we've had to unbolt/shotblast/paint/refit

Just emailed 3 companies that I found near me. So will wait on a reply, my Passat rims are powdercoated and next to my Ibiza rims they look yellow :(

Be honest now Mat this is going to be it I think, got to draw the line somewhere. After the windows, alloys and tyres it's just going to be use it, abuse it, wash it.

Unless the bottom end just give up then that will be a different story ;)

Hmm yeah, but you say draw the line at bottom end, but just think with some rods and high comp pistons it would be pretty much at the limit before you have to go forced induction. :cartman::p

stop ging to the gym dave and have punny arms like me...get skinny..im under 11st...:D how heavy are you with them guns?

Force what??? Don't swear at me :p

I would like the bottom end done of course and it would benfit but I now have a house since I've moved in with the missus and I'm saving so we can get a bigger house with a drive and garage..... well basically I want a Garage that comes with a house ;)

I'm 11st 3lbs, was 11st 9lbs but lost it for last summer and need to put it back on now lmao. If I stopped training I would get fat trust me, I eat too much

Took the car back with my parents place this afternoon and I don't think the theromsat in the oil cooler works as it's cooling the oil below 90 degrees C when it shouldn't and Mark mentioned that the water temps were getting high on the rollers so we removed the theromsat in the rad to.

But with this nice cold weather we are now having! Normal driving means the water is getting cooled too much along with the oil so means pulling over and holding the rev's at 3k to warm it all back up and then keep the rev's at least 3k or above while diving.

Which I thought the temps are now up so lets have fun in these lanes and f*ck it goes well! Think this colder weather is giving me more power because it's pulling even better than it did Tuesday when I had a go down at Saxon Motorsport and yesterday afternoon. :D

lol thanks fella!

Basically I couldn't sell it, not anymore now anyway :D

Just got to use it, abuse it and clean it :funk:

Fit a smaller cooler dave, what you have is just overkill!
