was such a lovely weekend I had to go for a drive, some great little hills and views round my way

When you painted your brakes calipers, did you take them off the car? I have a week off at the end of March and want to do mine! Not sure on colour though, I have a silver biza with dark wheels too, I fancy red but other keep telling me blue would look better!

nah, just took alloys off, then masked up with newspaper all around the discs and pads, then wire brushed them down then painted them with 3-4 layers of caliper paint (halfords stuff)...with a bout 2 hours inbetween each coat...no need to take calipers off themselves..

i have red, but blue would look ace as well, just i went with red to match rest of my few red bits :)

Cool, cheers mate :) I agree with Mike about that picture too - great stance! Have the springs settled a bit since first fitting them? Mine should be here this week! :D

Dont think its that loud at all, not till about 2.5-3k can you hear it properly roar....it whistles bit more when just crusing about..

think it has given me bit more power as well...before i was getting about 23 boost, now im getting just over 24 on my gauge, maybe concidence?
