Powder coat shoulnt falke off if its done correctly, its basicly addinga nother layer of material on the surface so it all becomes one.

"Powder coat dents rather than scratches" thats why we use it at work rather than painting, plus its much thinner

Spoke to neill at Lap Tap and its looking like he can powder coat my inlet manifold, charge pipe and nuespeed caps as well!

So i may send some test pieces up there soon
 
I have a mate who posts on Briskoda who has found a place in Burton that will refurb your wheels for £28 each. They will also do them one at a time - they will mix you the colour that you want and then make enough to do all the wheels. You can then take them in one at a time if that is convenient. He gets his motorbike stuff done there and he is really fussy - I will try and find out the name.
