LCR Revo stage 2 logs help- 002 and 114 added

New to vag com so bear with me.Can someone take a look at thes logs and tell me if all is ok.Settings used were B6 T5 using tesco 99.I understand the the timing could be advanced further having shown no cf in group 020 but was unsure about group 115.I believe my peak boost to be 19psi which seems a little low

Actual is struggling to meet requested boost, so it looks like you have a boost leak. Like you said, the timing could be knocked up a tad. Aim for cf's of around 3 in the warm weather but first I would check that every single boost hose is clamped tight and go and do some more logs from 2k-redline in 4th gear without letting off the gas.

Log blocks -

020 and 118
114 and 115
002 and 031

You could also check block 032 for your long term fuel trims.

Thanks for the info.Had a poor resullts on Performance Torque rollers which supprised me a little only made 246 bhp and 268 ftlbs ,however after logging group 115 which seems to confirm a boost leak.After close inspection ,the pipe that connects the dv to the charge pipe had worked loose at the dv end.i'll do some more logs and confirm this was the only problem

Something aint right with the boost, It requests max boost from realy low down then at 3.5k requested boost drops right down, then requested starts to rise.

Do you have a boost gauge? If so does the boost look to be surging/fluctuating?

Apologies for not coming back to you sooner.

The load figures in 114, the ecu isn't trying to compensate for anything, but the car just isn't making what's asked of it over about 5280 rpm. That's boost related..... :think:

Ok so it looks like a possible boost leak.Whats the best plan of action for tracing the leak.?I have checked the boost hoses visually but nothing seems to be amiss.I assume the turbo it self is ok.Is it possible the dv is leaking,(Forge 007) its been on the car for 2 years and never been serviced(dont know if its required) .Any help/suggestions would be appreciated

What could be sending the engine into limp mode when ever i select boost 9? Judging by the comments DPJ has made everything seems to functioning correctly until 5200 rpm.Am i right in thinking that requesting more boost than the turbo can deliver would result in limp mode.If this is the case is my turbo shagged
