I just can't wait to see what the 3 door version actually looks like and what the cupr power plant is going to be. The only things I like in the new car are the headlights and the high/dipped beam camera thing. Other than that i will be saving my pennies untill the mk4 comes out, or I could get tempted with an RS3.

are there any prices available yet. I'll certainly be looking at the 1.8tsi Fr with satNAV if it is as good as the renders look, not fused on how many doors. Love it. Looks a grown up sporty car, and with that interior 100 times beter than the mk2.

The more I look at the 5 door photos the more it grows on me...but I agree with some previous comments and I'll miss the hidden rear handles and pillar wipers.

Nothing official from SEAT, but they may choose to wait until the Paris motorshow for 3 door preview, or it may not arrive until they reveal a Cupra version which maybe later next year for a 2014 launch.

Who know's, but its certainly expected to be a multi role model, its been touted officially and unofficially for quite some time.

Looks good to me, yes it’s a little (ok a lot) like the Ibiza but that’s a very good looking little car IMO.

The new LED lights are particularly attractive, I can see myself getting one of these in the future, probably teh 3 door this time.

On a related subject, had a Black EXEO SPORT (facelift) behind me yesterday with very similar DRL set up to the Mk3 (the reflectors in the lights were also black) and it looked absolutely stunning real mean and moody – knocks the A5 out of the water IMO.

From what I hear, the 3 door Leon MK3 will be a very different car. I was thinking something along the lines of the difference between the Golf and Scirocco. So hopefully SEAT are going to bring out a sleek looking coupe. I will be very interested.
