I think Cupra R's boost to 10 psi as standard. Dan hasn't got a boost gauge to confirm this but it wouldn't surprise me if his boost was exactly the same as yours.
Don't want to point the finger at P-Torque but this is quite a coincidence.

Did he not make any suggestions to what else it could be? I don't think this is my problem as I'm just not getting the requested boost.
No, it's a K03.
Maybe Will got confused as Dan's has a K03s being the 'R'

R's run a KO3 not KO3s
I think you'll ind if it's an 'R' you should have a K03s and two side mount intercoolers like the Leon Cupra. Correct me if I'm wrong someone.
Damn, there must be someone around near you with it who could help you out since you're quite central, try posting in the VAG-COM section of the forum. It could be a lambda sensor but it's strange you have no engine check light on. My check light came on when I had a vacuum leak but hasn't come on this time. I'm taking mine to a free rolling road run offered to me on the 16th where they print a graph showing power, torque, fuelling and boost so I'll post up the results whether I get fixed in the meantime or not.
