 what battery box are you going to use? Also be interesting to see how easy it is to hide the 0awg wire...oh and are you going to "free vent" your catch can?? I got rid of mine a few weeks ago now.

Not sure yet, probably going to buy a alloy battery cage now

As for the catch can, i have some more hose to run into the wing and vent

How come youve got rid of yours?

Hmm im not really a fan of that tbh

Would it be ok to leave the other port on the tank just open, instead of running hose into the wing??

Took my can out because it was creating so much back pressure that I was getting tonnes of smoke coming out the exhaust lol. I reduced the breather down to 8mm and I guess that's why, it caused more fuss than it was worth so now I vent to the road, PhilW made a good point that there's more sh!t that comes out of your exhaust that drips on the road from breather vapour.

I would never leave the other side open, it will kill you. In winter when you use heaters and things you will feel sooo sick I guarantee it.

Few more updates, Only a story though no pics lol

Ordered another metre of rbaided hose for the catch tank and a t-piece so ill be completely removing all existing pipework.

Ordered an alloy racing battery cage too

Certain circumstances have now change giving me a fair amount more free cash each month so bigger and better things are coming :)

Hybrid is really good power i never got my map finalised and it was an animal but in the end you always want more power. If i were you and could afford it id go big turbo just my opinion though.

Big turbo hehe :D

Lol thought you might say that

Tbh i could spend every penny i had on the car and go big turbo but not sure yet

Turbo and manifold is probably close to 2k to start with

I think hybrid would be more than enough power for road use and odd track dayys here and there, a gt2860rs would be biggest id go but again, big ££

in my opinion i would say hybrid as they alot less hastle and chaper lol :D

The hassle wouldnt be an issue for me tbh, i enjoy ripping things apart and building back up etc

I just as little lag as possible, aggression, and a decent power output, hybrid does tick all the boxes at the minute :)

K04 hybrid has not been cheap!

I can imagine mate, you have a more unique setup tbh, think ive only seen one other k04 hybrid ibiza on here!

That would be an option mate but i can imagine it having a huge price tag tbh, dont get me wrong the extra gains over the normal hybrid seem huge though

Ill be keeping my eyes open though to see when they start going into production

ive got a cracked mani as well lol,
are you going to get another standard mani or an uprated jbs one.

Power plans are undecided at the minute until i solve another issue with it

But it will either be a ported standard manifold by Badger5 for hybrid

Or a high flow manifold for big turbo
