Technically the solid mount will do a better job of holding the engine still, but it will come with some vibration
Vibratechnics fast road mounts arent solid but will be more suited on a road car

Much vibration or just a little? I know it sounds chavvy as **** - but the vibration sounds class
Thought id update where i stand at the minute
Got the front anti roll bar on, both wishbones pretty much on aswell
Minor set back yesterday with one of the wishboneb olts snapping in the subframe![[:@]](/forums/styles/seatcupra/oldforumsmileys/furious.gif "Furious [:@]")
Heres the bolt on its way out after using a blow torch and mould grips
Didnt think it would work as there was onlt 2mm of bolt showing but it did
Have some pics to upload but may aswell do it once its all done

Finally got the car back on wheels today!
Been a long week *which should have taken a couple of days max*, battling with bad weather and pretty much everything that could have gone wrong, did.
Front end is all finished
Engine mounts all fitted
Rear anti roll bar is all fitted to the beam and the beam is currently still sat lowered down, will be fitting the powerflex bushes in the morning, then the car is done!
Verdict of the engine mounts, the only vibration i get is pulling off and very faint on idle so im dead happy with them, had a very small drive round the block when i got the front end down and it feels so solid.
Heres a few crappy pics courtisy of the iphone, only pics i got tbh, never really had time to take any lol
