Haha Jordi took me out first in the Cupra 280 and he really pushed it very hard (bearing in mind it was hammering it down aswell) we went sideways a few times it was quite scary at times.

The cupracer was amazing but I felt alot safer in it than the Cupra 280.

My Cupra is parked in the office parking lot, waiting for me to take it out for a drive at lunch time! Arrived this morning at 8:00 am. It's torture sitting here waiting to drive it!

Just been told my Cupra was built on the 3rd June, so moving forward at last.

If anyone is interested in ordering a Cupra 280 or any other model to do it before July 1st SEAT are increasing prices by 3% this will affect brokers too I would imagine. Just thought to let people know.

Went all the way to Middlesborough yesterday to pick up a loan car and the bloody boat arrives tonight now with the Cupra on.

My Cupra arrives at Tyneside on Mon and will be released on Tues, but as I have to get my reg transferred and the DVLA can take up to 10 working days, might be July before I get my hands on it.
Not allowed to start transfer till car actually in the UK.

Did you not put you private plate on hold before it got here? thats what I'm doing (then having to drive round my part ex on a normal plate for a few weeks). Results in a quicker registration when the car arrives at the dealer.

It won't be released the day after arriving at the docks will be around 4-5 days min after transportation and PDI etc

Nah I want my number on the car till I swap, plus the dealer is paying for the pleasure as he has done on all my last transfers. My 280 will keep.
