63mm (2.5") you will need 2 reducers, 76mm - 63mm for the IC to the pipework.. get silicon joints not cheapskate rubber ones..I have just learnt the hard way and will be up early replacing a joint before trekking to silverstone :(

Finally got around to putting pics up of my FMIC installation:

I have also got my Badger 5 2-piece 330mm brake kit fitted - but no pictures as yet!

Alright Danny, looking good there bud.

I'm away to move the battery into the boot

Trolley jack travels everywhere with me - I have no faith in the Seat's scissor jack after the car fell off it (luckily the wheel was still on at the time).

The boot floor is actually 12mm MDF supported on 2by1 battons.. extra weight, but means I can put all my tools/jerry cans in for karting without the floor falling through!!

Fair enough, the widow maker is a bit worrying to use.
I on the other hand have no spare wheel, jack or nut spanner.
Light is the way forward;)

not that keen on the view from directly behind, but...DAMN! the rest look mint especially that first one:clap:

yea, think the rear flaps still need some tweaking! they might stop my trailer getting caked in road-grime tho :)

now thats what i call a ramp, nice update danny, see you did the flaps, did you get them off a scania truck!!!

bugga off! lol!! no, worse, I bought them from halfrauds
next on the list; catch can, big ass cone filter and perhaps a larger oil cooler.

out of interest, did you have an oil temp gauge fitted when you've been on track days nev? what sort of temps were you hitting? I saw upto 125 degrees at Snett

Not overly sure on the flaps TBH because every time I thing of them I have an image of a scrote in a Saxo with a nice set of Sparco ones fitted or some Chavy @rse in a Subaru with them.

Saying that though they do look a darn sight better than I thought they would and  for giving them a go.

no worries mate; after a bit of reading, upto 150degs seems okay for short periods of time; might fit an uprated cooler next time I change the oil; but that won't be for a while as it got a fresh batch this morning :)

Danny, cars looking ace mate.
REALLY like the butt end view with the mud flaps.
All you need to do now is GET IT STRIPPED OUT!! lol

Where is you oil temp reading read from?
Sandwich plate? Or Sump?

the blanking plug near the dipstick - after some research I here this might not be the best place and a sump plug sensor might be better.. next oil change is due when I return from Germany, so I'll sort it then I think :)

Cheers for the comments!
