Supertech are what are used by SEAT Sport on supercopa cars for years now. Well proven in motorsport use.

I for one wont be changing from them.

Going to correct you there.
Seat Motorsport & VW Motorsport use Ferrea internals in there heads. Images of Ferrea boxes in the back ground in the engine building room are testament to this.
Would you all still say Supertech Valves are still the best one's to go for?

What others to people use?

Am I right in thinking that only really the Exhaust one's need to be uprated?
Nope...
and thats the reason we switched to Ferrea.Costs a little more but in the end you have a company that stands behind there product.The issues with the supertech springs is that they do not have a spring seat.
You do not need single groove keepers either....really tired of all this bs about people "needing" single groove valves.

<----- looks at 900+whp Audi S4 motors running triple groove OEM keepers.
