Standard LCR 225:

Fuel: Shell V-Power
Average MPG: 27Mpg
Average Tank Full: 310 miles.

Can vary from tank to tank and with driving style.

Last week I spent £53.00 on fuel to bring it to the brim and did 294 miles since I last filled it. So that equates to: 18p per mile and consisted mainly of motorway miles (and traffic jams)

Not reset my trip meter since i bout the car, 19th Feb 2007, Done about 6000 miles  i know!
And i've averaged 21.8mpg Ouch!
So I've worked out thats,
263 Miles to a tank, tank is 12.1 gallons - 55 lires,
At 97.9p a for V-Power thats £53.85 a tank,
and 1251 Litres over that 6000 miles,
and a total spend of £1224.65 on fuel!

Standard LC (Fabia Wiper adds 50BHp, right?)
Tesco 99
38MPG (When driving between 60-70mph)
340 miles

I did a Clacton, Essex to Totnes, Devon journy three weeks ago and peaked at 38.5MPG over a 600 mile round trip.

Suits me fine. That was a tank and a half of fuel.

Used it since the day I got it. Higher octane rating than V-Power, and it's cheaper.

The clinch for me was when a fella posted a thread about their preferential fuel and Tesco99 came out on top in some heavy research conducted by a peformance tuner.

In tests with 350z's and I think something like a 200SX S15 the Tesco99 provided a higher BHP stroke on the dyno. Can't remember the precise specifics, but Tesco must be doing something right :S

Right everybody.... BIG THANKS to everybody who posted information on this thread and managed to refrain from turning it into a chat thread! ;)

Can a couple of modified Leon Cupra/FR petrol owners please give their details? Currently I've only got two people and obviously the more info I get, the more meaningful it is.

I'll run with what I have for now, but will change the modified LC figure if more people contribute.

Please note: I'm not re-counting any of the other models and engines. Feel free to post your details, but they wont be included in the final figure.

Thanks again everyone :)

54 plate Leon Cupra 1.8T - remapped

MPG: 29
Range: 280 - 300 miles
Fuel: Optimax

I had this car last year (and since gone) so my memory is a bit flakey to say the least but I think this is what I remember it getting at best on a 200bhp+ remap.

Edit: corrected MPG
