Not realy did mine on me own.but I'm very fussy so removed it 3 times to get the silicone sealer bead right.the best way is to run a small bead on the top of the splitter and then when you screw it up tight it fills the gap then just wipe the excess with a damp cloth.
ah right nice one mate cheers, where does it screw into though? im not very good with body work, im a mechanic lol.
As it was designed for the Leon Cupra R only, it requires just a bit of trimming here and there. Each end needs trimming and the two supports on top of the splitter. Have a look for LCR splitter threads as there is loads of info on here!
Jsut a quick question for peeps with ap coils did you swap that big corrogated dust cover onto your new coilovers or not? Just wondering as some have and some havnt but it seems the coils come with a blue one anyway
Liking the look, my AP coilovers have just come so will be using yours to show them how i want mine to look
