not sure if or where o get longer bolts for the front, dont know if ill need longer bolts for a 5mm spacer?
had hockey today so popped in after for a couple of hours,
so far i have polished the manifold, and flatted and trizact the full car, then just buffed the roof. this is the initial buff as with all paints as the solvent evaporates from the clear it tends to drop.

took these with the cam corder lol, for those who are going to ask i had a wheelie bin in the back ground haha
heres the manifold, not too bad for an hours work, but im up to my finest polishes and paper now
not too bad but im sure when the polished charge pipe from dk turns up it will throw it to shame haha
total time for yesterday about 12 man hours, today just 5 hrs

The stock ones should be fine for just 5mm.
On the LCR thread width, the deciding factor is whether you can get 6 full turns of the bolt. This will make them go in as far as the bolt is wide and is as physically strong as you can get them. If you can't get 6 turns out of them, then try http://www.speedshack.co.uk/ he was really helpful when I got mine.
Wicked jake, I'm definatly thinking a trip to Rochdale would be worth it for any future paintwork.

cracking on with the buffing partially today, but need to do some customers work! dam them hahaha. bumper and skirts will be painted last thing to dry overnight, and i'll finish buffing tonight, then tomorrow its build up time,

I like that bit from when you walk out the booth (1:46) you can see the front wing drying off.
Wheels look a million times better - rim stripes are hard to get looking right, IMHO, but they're spot on for your car.
Who is it who comes in and checks your work, though? You Jedi master?
just the other painter, my dad made us come in and 'inspect it' haha, thats why i took the mick when i walked in, lol

its monday again and sadly the cars not finished, as predicted by some a few spanners have been throw into the works, namely having two people off and firing another lol,
but the build continues, been a busy day customer wise so not got loads done, esp with a skeleton staff,
whats been done:
full buff
built up the front doors, and a few little bits on the rear,
blacked the door uprights with carbon film,
thats about it really,

but the build continues, been a busy day customer wise so not got loads done, esp with a skeleton staff,
