that looks fine to me mate.
the results you posted of your compression test are drastically low though.....
did you try doing a wet and dry test ?
do it dry, record the results
then put a drop or two of engine oil into the cylinder and repeat. this will help seal the rings. if the results jump up you have probs with your rings.
if they dont go up you need to do a cylinder leakage test. set each cylinder at top dead and lock it (if you can) if you cant youll have to put it in gear and put a bar on the crank pulley and stop it turning, connect up the cylinder leakage tester and simply see if it leaks. if it does leak, listen to certain areas, like the oil filler cap etc, if you can hear it leaking loudly there, then its an indication the valves arent seated correctly. obviously for this you need a compressor....
