yes still running aircon the radiator had to be moved back quite alot have a look for my readers ride thread will show you brackets that had to be made up etc.

oh, and elliot, i reckon if we blended our bumpers together we'd have the perfect mk3 front end (note dead cupra R splitter):

Loving these intercoolers in black, I'd just worry about them getting tatty with stone chips over time

First Cupra I sprayed mine black and it chipped like fook. Powder coating doesn't chip.

heres a pic of my pipe work that i finished off yesterday dont look to bad for the min plus got to try my new TIG welder out on it for the 2 hose connectors but where have i put them???

also got around to fitting my WILWOOD SUPERLITES that i got from DANNY_LAD and f**k me they dont have make the car stop even in the snow almost went through the windscreen and there not even bedded in yet

I posted the reply - then read you'd had it resprayed. Should do it the other way round next time!

hy mate , please tell me what dimensions has your intercooler . i just bought an intercooler . it is oem from seat leon cupra 2.0tfsi . it's preety big . the dimensions are 620x420x55mm . and it looks like yours . it was hard to fit there ? thanks

There you go mate the dimensions are on that page,

at 55mm thk i would be looking to remove the aircon at that size of fmic you have. Read on form there and it shows brackets etc.
