Steering Issues

I have a 2005 Leon Cupra R and noticed lately that my steering pump is making more noise than usual and there are traces of damp on the nearside of the steering rack. I have the vehicle booked in at my local dealer but until then i want to check that the fluid is not running out. My question is -
Can anyone tell me where to locate the reservoir as it does not mention it my handbook and the dealers are now closed????

not sure about on the LCR but on my 110 tdi I think it is on the left of the block as you look at the engine. Reservoir is black with a green screw top, but the screw top has a slotted nipple on it to open it with a screwdriver. Sorry I cant be of more help.

Thankyou very much for that. problem now is it is registering well below the min which leads me to my next question... Do i have to put a particular type of fluid in to top it up as it doesn't say what it recommends in the handbook?
