tinting them might work actually, would like to see what they're like after

im not sure wether to use spray tint or a film of some kind tho anyone with any experience in these matters?

Nice car and it was good to meet you at thorney island. You did better than me at the 1/4 mile, mind you i did only run once and didn't warm my tyres up (excuses, lol). I ran a 15.05! I did beat the Vauxhall Viva though

Hahaha, none of them could get traction off the line, the general lee was the worst for it.
That Viva had a 2ltr Pinto lump in it. I had to find the owner to get my time as he took the only slip.

my first run was my quickest against that supra even tho i lost lol

Well ive tinted them and resuilts are pretty good!!

however i did mess the outsides finish :-(

Looks stunning from the front mate, but i think the rear lights are ruining the look of the back......its too max power for me, but if you like it thats fine mate.

they do look better tinted. Can you get standard looking rear lights that are proper smoked and not spray on tint ?

you can yea but i wanted these cos i like the way the LED's look when theyre on. when i first ordered them they were supposed to be black but when they arrived they were chrome (UBER chavy) me beiing me and not wanting to wait any longer i jus fitted them lol

impatient like me Nice looking motor though. Dont spose you have any pics of the smoked rear units. Iam after a Black MK1 leon TDI and was hoping for smoked ones.

well i wanted to do something today but i didnt know what....then like a flash it came to me i have paint so why dont i do my front badge

so here we are

How did you get the front badge off, i've tried a couple of times but can't get the long piece off of the bumper.

it just pops off mate! a lil bit of force but not too much of course lol

love the car mate, not so keen on the rear lights but everything else is mint. i love the mk2 badges on the back and that stereo system looks pretty damn nice

i know the lights are windng me up now they seemed like a good idea at the time lol well i just got some professionally tinted (supposedly) standard ones off ebay so we shall see if they look any good lol
