I’ve removed my flappy paddle extensions and noticed it looks like there’s something missing from the back. I bought the car with the extensions already fitted. Do I need something to fit on the back? If so, where can I get them? I want the paddles stock.

Update: Me being the idiot I am, I hadn’t fully removed the paddle extensions. I only removed the screws, not the bases which were stuck onto the stock paddles. Every day’s a school day.

Looks better them daft paddle extensions are tat
Thanks. Finally, someone who’s on my page. I bought it with the extensions already fitted. Most of these for sale on Auto Trader have the extensions. I very rarely use the paddles anyway. As daft as it sounds, I found my self hitting them when steering, or going for the stalks. Much better now. Looks better and I can see the cluster better too.

I have never used the flappy paddles in any auto car i have owned. They are just a gimmick.

The thing I don’t like about manual mode in these DSGs is how they automatically switch up a gear depending on the revs, even in manual mode! Nothing manual about that…

Yeah it's manual for like 5 seconds then reverts to what it wants to do
