Hi there, I have Seat Leon late 2015 with Media high 6.5 (no nav) device number 5QA035824.
I have tried updating my system with 330 and 346 but neither work with SD or USB. I get error "Error: no data available" pic attached. Are these updates compatable with my unit or do I need to update to 0245 first. I havn't been able to locate update 0245. Anyone post a link for me to try?
Thanks

That should be fine to update to 0330 then 0346. Silly question, but did you unzip the downloaded RAR file onto the SD card which then shows all the individual files and folders?

I did indeed. I had an 8gb fat32 formated SD and a 32gb USB partitioned with an 8gb FAT32 partition. Unzipped both files with Wiwrar directly to the root of both. Full directory shown on the root of the drives.

Thanks

New Leon owner with MIB2 6.5" standard. Have a weird question. Last week I contacted my dealer to activate FullLink. They checked my car and gave me a quote. Since then I found this thread and updated to SW 346 si my FullLink Menu disappeared. I got myself a VCDS cable, got rid if the software update error and activated again FullLink menu. Today, I called the dealer to send me the invoice for Full Link activateion and they called me that now my car does not show available anymore for FullLink Activation. Even the guy from the dealer was kinda amazed why is this happening because last week it was just fine. Does Leon have an e-SIM? Is the car talking with the SEAT mother ship and now they know when we tinker with our cars? or it's just a temporary error and a coincidence?

Told the dealer I would call them to try again next Wednesday.

I found my error, I tried to do the SW upgrade via regular menu and not long press menu.
Upgraded to 0330, cleared faults and upgraded to 0346, when I tired to verified menu and more the car shutdown due to low battery :( damn it!!
But basically it went good, what will happened if I won't solve the 1555 error?
P.s.
I have the 6.5'' with the MIB2:
I have the multimedia unit -
Device number - 5qa035858
Hardware - H24
Software - 0241
Thanks,
Ace.

Hi, do you still have the update files? I have the same device with same numbers. Mine has nav also. Will the update be succesful?

Hi, after reading many posts around here, I got confused. After all, what's the correct way to get MIB2 firmware updates? All I can find in SEAT's website is just Navi updates and nothing related to MIB's or whatsoever.

Also, there are many people around here sharing their firmware version, but can't see any firmware file. Am I missing something?

Thanks!

I may be wrong, but I think firmware updates are installed by the dealer.

The firmware isn't sold to the customer. Suspect is free to the dealer to fix bugs. Mib2 breaks into standard and high (plus). On the Spanish thread cited on here last time I looked were the standard versions. Basically I think they fall off the back of lorries and then shared through user communities and sometimes commercially by third parties.
