We'll read that to mean you might bust it.buy a HW40 device, patch it as you need it, and have fun with it. Everything else is if you are really interested in learning new things. But expect that the money will almost certainly be gone![]()
Thanks for your feedback. Today i bought a 5F0035020F MIB2 High i have the orginal invoice with old vin number so i can do online coding if is needed. Or can i patch 5F0035020F with the mib2 high toolbox?
The invoice from the breaker with old vin was needed to be show to the seat dealer if i wanted coded to my vin. Thats shows its not a stolen part. That's not how SVM works... It's pointless spoofing the old VIN to configure the unit to it, as it's already configured to the old VIN. It's not possible to SVM incorrect part numbers/software info to your actual VIN
You'll have to manually code & parameterise the new unit

Needs toolkit to accept any meta info.Hello i have version MST2_EU_SE_ZR_P0368T in my 2015 MIB2 unit i tried to update to MST2_EU_SE_ZR_P0369T but says everything is up2date. I think the 368 is a old retrofitters patched image everything enabled. If i tried to update MST2_EU_SE_ZR_P0480T / MST2_EU_SE_ZR_P0516T its says not compatible. i think the hardware is to old HW H24.
