That sounds like a rather geeky, anal name for the lower arm rear wishbone bushes. To fix you fit standard Cupra bushes. They've been covered in chapter and verse on this forum mate, about £18 a pair to fit and £150ish for fitting if you send it to a garage.
Might be worth asking them to check if the collars on the ARB (anti-roll bar) are in good condition, if they've corroded off then the ARB needs changing too. Best changing the ARB and wishbone bushes together if possible, saves on labour costs.
Fuel filter isn't actually required, it's not on SEAT's service plan for 1.2 petrols, so it's up to you on that one. I changed mine though.
You'll need any oil that meets VW 504.00/507.00 approval (it says on the label on the back). My choice of oil is Quantum Longlife 3. The 1.2s only take about 3 litres of oil.
Then yes oil filter, air filter, spark plugs and also the pollen/cabin filter which is just above where your feet would be in the passenger footwell.
