I havn't had a problem with my dealer, Gave me a loan car for the day full tank for petrol put 300 miles and gave it back empty, fixed the problems I had.

it just looks like little bubbles, not a small dent like a stone would make

I'd take it down and give it a bash mate. Its got warranty wrote all over it
