Thought the forum had been really quiet, but it turns out I'm not getting any notifications at all from Tapatalk - sorry to anyone who sent me a message. I thought it might have been because I got a new phone, but it's happened on both my phone and my iPad.

Anyway...
Yeah it's always quieter on here anyway because everyone is doing Facebook now. But you don't tend to get the arrogant tw*ts here that you get there 😂

Anyone fitted Godspeed discs? The spacers don’t look great i.e. round would blend in more.

Yep totally agree although you don't really see them once installed.
I sprayed mine black as well to blend in with the black powder coated calipers & carriers.

lancashire.

giving this a punt as its got PEA and 2 EHN additive in it, 2 EHN is in premium fuels and the PEA is not in allot of fuel cleaners and that's the additive that cleans injector systems, millers does not have PEA not sure if Rhino does have PEA but that works well when you remember to use it lol

Went to check my number plate bulbs last night and someone has already scuffed my freshly painted bumper.

So glad I didn't get it done professionally - I'd have been in tears.

Hopefully it'll polish out, but I've got to say, Brighton is the worst place in the world when it comes to people hitting your car. Nobody gives a ****. I think I've said before my old landlady would literally push cars with her bumper to create more space. Didn't seem to think it was an issue.

That sucks. Nearly had a coronary when the wife called me last week saying someone had backed into her in the supermarket and I assumed they'd hit the newly painted bumper. Some stupid woman had caught the front left though. Still left a scuff and unbelievably just mouthed sorry as she sped away. Would have gone down to the police station if the mrs had been able to get the reg.

I had a closer look yesterday and it's taken it down to the primer, so no polishing that out.

I haven't really got the words to be honest.

All I can think is that I can try to repair it when I paint my bonnet, but it'll mean doing all the prep work, sanding, masking etc. and hoping I can get a half decent blend.

It would have been nice to have had an excuse to redo the front bumper, but the rear was looking really good and now it's ruined. I wish there were such a thing as karma, but judging from how much stuff like this happens, I'm finding it hard to believe in it.

Unlucky mate, I can understand your anger, unless your a car person people just don't get it. It's the same when they think they can just start touching ur car as well, winds me up I never touch others, but like I said we are car people with more respect. Pray for karma 🙏

Went in to the local garage today to do a few MOTs for them.
Asked if i could put my car on the ramp just for a quick look underneath. Both front tyres are absolute toast. Lasted less than 14k!
Not been hammered since i got the car.
Date stamped 27th week of 2020 so 2 years!
Booked in on Tuesday for a new pair. Wont be Michelin sport 4s again.

Weird. Mine are on 14k and reckon there's another 3 or 4k left easy.

Been a busy week, the detailer sadly let me down due personal issues which was fine. So I did it, full clean and polish and cermamic added also did all the interior. Car looks young and fresh I'm broken lol. 1st pic is what the car was covered in and light scratches don't think I done bad. Also added aawireless to the headunit good bit of kit to be honest.
