Replaced all mine with one of the cheap sets from ebay as genuine hoses super expensive. Thought i'd see how long it lasted, 3 years later and still no splits.

Grats man!! I wish it was closer for me, I'd have loved to seen it in the flesh. It will look awesome, a real show stopper. You'll do us mk1's proud for sure. Maybe Syphon could set you up with SCN backing.
