When i went Revo Stage 2 my fuel economy got so much better. Currently opn 32.5mpg and thats all round town with a few dual carriage way bits. All down to how you drive and how much lead you have in your right foot. If driven well these engines can be very fuel efficent.

I manages 41.1mpg on the 189 trip to get my Miltek system yesterday sitting at 60-65mph :) but only manahged 32.6mpg on the way back ( going a little over 65 though ;))

i can get 55+ on a nice jorney overtaking still and A roads with a bit of fun

and still 40 round town

stage 2 revo with k03s and a few bits

never used to get above 30 when it was standard and i dont drive slow

and yes thats by calculation and trip,

I managed 40.2mpg on a 270 mile round trip to nottingham last week! :)

70mph with the A/C on... well pleased!

many people get as low as 22 mpg.
for the leons not many get more than 30mpg, although on longer trip like you make you should get 35mpg+ although this really is dependant on your driving.

If i was doing 50 miles a day id have to seriously consider whether a cupra is the car for me.

i do 60 odd miles a day in my cupra :) and yes spend over 200 quid a month on petrol :(, if it wasnt for the fairly good performace then yes id reconsider a different car

If you want a Cupra with economy...(??!) your only option is a CUPRA TDI. I dont hang about and I get 40+mpg in my Ibiza Cupra TDi.

26-35

Lowest ive had mine is 26.5 in pure town driving and 35 on the motorway.

mpg

I get about 25 mpg on moterway doing like 75-80 mph and about 22 around town but sometimes i get a heavy foot lol i cant help it

I average 27.5mpg around town. And up to 35 on the motorway, so im happy.
When i first got my cupra i filled it up sooo many times i couldnt believe it.

Same, when i first bought mine it felt so stupidly fast, i could help but drive it fast everywhere, i soon learnt after an expensive month at the petrol station!
