Always the way.... as soon as its running perfect and your happy driving it something goes wrong! Mind due, its worse owning a Fiat... i should know... i had three of them!

Come one Benny.. whats it like apart from quick!?

Haha you guys,

Its really good, the map is so much better compared to what im used to, the boost doesnt hit you all at once and then tail off which is what im used to, she builds upto 26psi then tails off to 21psi, then falls again at 6krpm but i`ve shifted up by then.

Bills done a fantastic job on the mapping really pleased with it no holding back what so ever - really does pin you to the seat. Im taking a couple of members out in it, one tonight and one over the weekend so i hope there post there views.

Overall im really pleased with it, i really need to get the brembos on there tho, it hits silly speeds so quickly and the std brakes just dont seem to cope, i had abit fade last night and i shat myself! My intentions where to get brembos in the next couple of weeks but this has comfirmed it for sure!

Sorry Bill i disagree when you say the standard brakes with uprated pads would cope lol! Your to honest for your own good you should have TOLD me to get brembos ASAP!

Only downside but could also by an upside is that my exhaust manifold has cracked, it seals itself on idle but im sure its blowing open under pressure the upside on that is im proberly alittle bit down on power so once its fixed/replaced theres a little more to come :D Im planning on contacting Kinetic to try and get a replacment but i dont think i hold much hope, so it will either be replaced with a THS item or i might try and weld it up and see how long it lasts.

For you that are wondering about the map, i didnt use CC3, ive gone with Badger5 stg3 mapping first k03s hybrid to have been done with this software and i cant praise it enough as far as my knowledge takes me i cant fault it.

Just need to get my lappy sorted so i can run so logs of my own. (when it drys up)

Kudos to Bill for doing a great job and Hooch for fitting the turbo for me!

awesome write up dude

if a standard mapped k03s is anything to go by, in terms of power and spool in an Ibiza, then a hybrid must be awesome

I am counting down the days now...literally:D

It really does pin you too the seat lol! it has the same kind of feel as a k03s (spool wise) but alot harder and just keeps pulling.

I assume your going Badger5 stg3?

yep, basically dropping the car off, and then waiting for a phone call once it's done:D

got to source a few bits by myself, pending that all goes well, then hopefully middle/end of May it will all be sorted out

I think you`ll enjoy it! Bill wont let you down he pretty much had mine mapped by the afternoon i dropped it off!

His words where the TCS must stay firmly OFF! lol

I`d say do it, but then i would. If its money thats the issue its really not that expensive well it is but it isnt if you get me?

I think i made almost £700 on the bits that i sold that where removed.

How much was mapping mate? PM me if you want.

221g/s!!

is that on the 3" LCR MAF?

Mine only reads about 185g/s, but apparently this is right, due to me still having the LC Sensor, as there is some sort of conversion you do which works out something like 210/215g/s...

this is 221g/s with ibiza sensor element in an LCR housing :)

glad your happy benny :)

im hoping to have everything required for hyrbiding in about 2 months, so expect a call bill :)

also do you supply the required bits bill? or do we need to come to you with everything bar the map?

hey benny the cars looking and awsum. When you polished the parts of your engine bay did you just sand it down with wet and dry then use polish?

Benny, myself and two other members have started a group buy for Billd brembo package. Need 2 more people, one more if you put your name down. Have a loom in badger5's section

Glad tour happy with the hybrid mate, you mus be smiling every time you get in the car and finding excuses to go out for a drive!
