Is it easy DIY to change rear wiper motor and boot lock??

Maybe you need to expand on why you think that both these items need replacing as it could be a wiring problem. Getting the plastic cover off in cold weather is to be avoided if possible.

Maybe get a Polo 9N Haynes book - although the actual hatch fixings will be a bit different.

Ive got friend who work for seat dealership. He checked the car andsaid that these 2 parts have to be replaced. So i just trying to save money by doing DIY really :)

Ah, okay, so you are just a bit unlucky then!

Its really just down to buying the correct versions of these two parts, getting the inside cover off the hatch, remove the wiper and its arm, remove the nut (maybe forgotten if one holds the weather seal on), unclip the wiring plug, unscrew three or four securing screws/bolts, unplug the water pipe, swop motor assemblies and reverse the first few steps. Getting the rear lock off is a similar exercise.

Yeah. thats why ive got the car with 91000 miles for £2500 only:)

Fair enough comment - that is one way to find your way around a car, a Polo Haynes book might come in handy though eventually. There is a wiper mechanism repair kit available as long as the motor windings etc are okay - if that helps.
