as standard..
I didn't know this either till I seen Blade's Polo GTI last week..
Just room for a big open cone filter or enclosed induction kit then.

Takes up all the bloody boot!
Does the spare go on top of that lot then?
Yup, and some more polystyrene & a layer of carpet too.
Not much boot space left then eh??!!
Might have a cheap twintercooler up for grabs soon matey
Like the colour. Lack of 312mm AP racing brakes though, future mod though
It's smaller than the Leon (duh) but will do for a week away quite easily.
kick me when there is
I'm not a fan of the AP's... that said - this isn't a track car, and isn't getting the crap kicked out of it. I'm more likely to up the pad hardness first
Looks like the liquid gauge has to come off & go back (Vent now needs replacing too)
Different ECU type to all previous iterations it would seem
£25 Vent
£12 Glue Gun
£4 Sealant
But I didn't know it was untested
No matter - unequivocal refund offered

someone needs to be the test pilot i suppose. was it advertised for the mk5? they have only just completed the mk2 leon guage so i thought this was quick progress!
Decided to have an uneconomical tank & just generally kick bollocks out of it every day to work since I'm up near the 2000 mark... 30mpg is the worst I can get long term average.
The ride is really getting on my nerves now....
