Done a video (Small one) of it bit pointless..this was moments when it came to life...i found the leak and its my VVT gaskets DOH!!!! Anyway monday morning il be ordering them through AwesomeGTI:D

Hunt is now on for a clutch but Because its 6 months till i get wed i cannot afford $1000+ for a clutch kit....So im kinda stuck i see all these XTD,XTR,Eclutchmaster & F1 racing clutchs but i cant seem to trust them....

Yet alot of people on Vwvortex are running them XTD stage 3 6 puc clutchs On 400WHP but i know the Yanks just dont care..

So im kinda stuck FFS...

Desided after the Gym tonight to sort the car out or even try too..Ive got my VVT gaskets so im just waiting for them to be fitted i cant really do much as im loosing too much oil..
Anyway thought id have ago on sorting some bits,put a new Battery on and it fired up first time and i still can't get over how loud the exhaust is (Chav Loud) on cold Start up..

Anyway with a Rag over the Leaking gasket i let it warm up to around 1/2 and it started to sound better and better but on idle Its sometimes Chugs for a breif moment then idles then chugs chugs then idles? Ideas?

Also with it getting hot i know i should be looking and hearing for any abnormal sounds but the engine sound odd inside More than im used tooo..(remeber ive been driving a Transit for 8months) But the sound went away?So im not too sure what to expect or what to look out for...Nothing has sounded really bad otherwise i would of just turned it off but like everyone knows everything is brand new so could it be wearing in and loosing up?

And one more thing with the Coolant/water reaching 1/2 temp, had the water cap of and i could see the water pump, pumping water but when i felt the top radiotor hose near the battery it felt empty ( coolant was still at the correct level) any ideas..

But least it drives forward and Back nice and easly well atleast on my drive LOL
 
The cooling systems are self bleeding although the heater must be set to hot to circulate the coolant and get rid of any trapped air?
 
As said crank the heater up as there will be a load of air in the matrix.
Maybe leave the cap off over night too let it gravity bleed.
Another trick is too jack the car up on the side of the coolant bottle also helps too bleed the system.
