blueflame

Just bought one of these turbo back systems today and im going to have ago at fitting tomorrow :) I remember seeing a post about the bolts connecting the dp needing to be soaked in wd40 as there usually tight, has anyone any more tips or whats needed for the jobs. cheers steve

Having a problem with my blueflame dp/cat. Its just not the greatest fit really. Its very close to the under side of the body and hits the body everytime I go over a large bump and taps the body on small bumps. Its tightened right up at the turbo side, and has a big huge pipe clamp between it...

As the title please guys,ive never seen the tailpipe on one of these!

hi does anyone elses rear box rattle consistently? The inner oval part of the baxbox seems to be a bit loose..if i hold something on it it stops rattling. I tried wedging a small piece of wood in there ( i think it was a pine needle lol) but obviously that didn't last 2 minutes!! anyone...

Hi folks, i just bought a turbo back blueflame exhaust for my cupra R, just wondering if i need a new gasket for between the turbo and the downpipe before i remove the old exhaust and realise that i dont have a gasket it cheers owen

Has anyone got one of these in there cupra? i've had a look on there website but it's a bit vague and i can't ring them as i'm at work. do they do a 3" downpipe? also, what's the rough price for a complete blueflame system and does it sound nice :D thanks

Hi all Having just received a lovely little surprise from Her Majesty's Inland Revenue :D it's high time I treated my LCR to a 'real' exhaust! Six months or so ago, I would have gone straight for the Milltek no questions asked, but alot of people are now opting for the Blueflame system...

Peeps, Had my Blueflame cat-back exhaust fitted today :) Sounds awesome :D Performance wise havent noticed any gains yet, but havent really give it beans yet.... When exhaust is bedded in, hopefully will be benefits combined with future mods. Recommend Blueflame to anybody :lol...

really considering getting a full blueflame exhaust, i just want to know people thoughts on them now since they have bedded in and have done a few miles, what is noise like ? i have a 206 gti too with a induction kit on and its quiet until you give it some, is this like the blueflame...

My worst fears have come true, Sounds as if the exhaust is blowing quite heavily from the front. Sounds very much like a Nova Truck..... Wonder if the strong smell of petrol at start up has anything to do with it... Will let you know what the garage say,

Im having issues with my car and i would just like to see what sort of psi levels people are running with the following.. I was hitting 20psi+ easy on k03, now have k03s its just about hitting 15psi, could it be something to do with its a brand new exhaust and needs to be blown through(run in)...
